We chatted with Tu Sei Bella member Katy Noetzel who hits the studio after work about staying motivated, the importance of extras and the horror of working out in a regular bra.
TSB: Hey Katy! We always see you changing before your classes at the studio. You must be coming from work. What do you keep in your gym bag?
Katy: Workout clothes and shoes of course. I always have extra socks I leave in my bag just in case I forget to pack some. Plus an extra sports bra.
TSB: Extra Socks and bras? The necessities right?
Katy: Yes! I once forgot to pack a sports bra and had to work out in my regular bra. It was awful. I never wanted to make that same mistake again. I also put in body wash and face wash just in case I'm going somewhere after my workout.
TSB: Do you ever feel like you don't want to workout after a long day at work?
Katy: Thankfully, I love my job so I don't feel like I have to get away from it and go home. But, I do have to mentally commit to my workouts days before. If I know Boot Camp is on Tuesday and Thursday nights, I schedule my week around those workouts. I have it in my mind that I'm not going to back out.
