Heather started out as a Tu Sei Bella client, became an instructor and is now a trainer. We asked her why should someone consider training with her at TSB. Here’s what she said!

My personal fitness journey enables me to fully understand what it is like taking on significant health and fitness goals and as your personal trainer, I’m committed to you in your fitness journey.
While dance fitness definitely holds a special place in my heart, I’m passionate about many different types of fitness. I truly believe that mixing things up provides more significant results by continually challenging your body in new ways. Of course, variety makes fitness fun and keeps you engaged as well! I’m also a huge fan of circuit training because you can accomplish a great deal in a shorter period of time.
I love to make fitness fun and bring positive energy! However, I will challenge you and you'll discover that your body is capable of doing so much more than you realized. My goal is to ensure that the time you spend with me is motivating, uplifting, and leaves you feeling strong and energized.”
