Personal Trainer

Sara is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), MOSSA(Power, Ride), Schwinn Cycle, Silver Sneakers fitness certified instructor and an International Sports Sciences Association(ISSA) certified Personal Trainer with over 16 years of teaching experience. Sara is trained in Group Exercise including classes such as Group Power, Group Ride, Step Aerobics, Interval Training, Weight Training, Kickboxing, Cycling, Zumba, Water Aerobics, Bosu, Boot Camp and Silver Sneakers. Fitness should be a lifestyle of strength and motivation with a feeling of pure enjoyment from physical activity.  Sara is energetic and has a motivating style of teaching with a fun personality. Sara encourages her participants to step out of their comfort zone to create results, but at the same time teach them how to maintain good form and posture.  She motivates her participants with positive reinforcement by asking them to Be Here, Be Strong, and Be Somebody! She spends her free time with her husband and two children.
