Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor
Meg has been a Barre instructor and personal trainer and for almost four years. She attributes Barre and consistent exercise to helping her stay strong during her successful fight against breast cancer. She strives to help others develop a passion for total body strength and wellness. She wants everyone she interacts with to know they are stronger than they think they are! Meg’s mantra with her personal training clients is “Accountability with Kindness.” In her spare time she enjoys running obstacle courses and completing mud runs. Meg is certified in bootybarre. She is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
