A unique, low impact, but high energy class that will build strength and burn fat while targeting specific major muscle groups. Tighten and tone your body while working on your endurance. 

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga focuses on balance flexibility, breathing, and strength. This 45 minute class uses sturdy chairs and is designed for those who want to practice Yoga without going to the floor. 

Cardio Strength Intervals

This Cardio/Strength Intervals class is a fast-paced, and challenging workout, incorporating different types of equipment such as hand held weights, bands, medicine balls, and more! Every fitness level is welcome since modifications are offered throughout the class. Abdominal work and stretching follows the cardio/strength segment of the class. 

Core & More

This low impact 45min class targeting abs, toning arms, sculpting legs and tightening glutes! Core and More begins with 5 - 10 minute  light cardio warmup to prepare the body for work. This class incorporates pilates, yoga, and strength training to deliver a full spectrum workout. Participants use a mat slightly thicker than the standard Yoga mat. Bare feet are suggested but not required. 

Forever Young

Forever Young is a fun, move to the beat of the music experience, incorporating hand held weights, bands, performance balls and chairs. The class is designed to focus on muscle strength, movement coordination, and flexibility working in and out of chairs, in a fixed location. Forever Young is an enjoyable mix of motivation and energy intended for adults ages 55 and up. 


Get Lifted

This class will focus on proper weight-training form while building lean muscle with just a hint of the HIIT cardio that you crave. If you’ve been focused on cardio training for awhile, this class is just what you need to change things up and challenge your body in a new way!! 

Stretch & Tone

You've done the hard work now get the full benefit. Stretching will help improve results and recovery time from your hard workouts. Foam Rollers, bands and other props will be used to increase flexibility and restore the muscles.  All levels welcome for this low impact class.


 This class is 20 minutes of athletic cardio Toning, 20 minutes of Strength training, and 20 minutes of Balance/Core exercises. It encompasses everything we need all in one hour! This class is designed for all levels of fitness. Wear your tennis shoes and be ready to sweat!


WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music. Each week a couple new routines are introduced, so you get to WERQ the routines you know and challenge yourself with ones you’re learning.


This easy-to-follow, dance-fitness party exhilarates the senses and works all of the major groups in a high-energy cardio blast that leaves you invigorated, refreshed and full of life. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba set to Latin and international beats.

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning is a targeted body-sculpting and high-energy cardio workout with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast. With or without sticks, you'll still get a killer workout!
