It doesn't matter what level of exercise you are in, Tu Sei Bella is your fitness destination for creating your most beautiful life. We accept you for where you are, and designed a fitness program that will show you how far you can go! We believe that for us to live our best active life, we must focus on Toning, Strength and Balance. When all three of these work together, you achieve optimal results. Barre Express  - A unique, high energy class that will build strength and burn fat while targeting specific major muscle groups. Tighten and tone your body while working on your endurance. All fitness levels welcome. T S B

 

WERQ - WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music. Each week a couple new routines are introduced, so you get to WERQ the routines you know and challenge yourself with ones you’re learning. T

 

Total Body Conditioning - This class includes light resistance with a faster pace & higher repetitions, along with slow muscle toning movements. During a body conditioning class, you will perform a variety of lower body, upper body and core exercises along with a mixture of cardiovascular exercises designed to keep your heart rate elevated and muscles moving. PiYo - PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. T S B

 

Hip Hop Yoga Sculpt - With a playlist set to classic and current Hip Hop and R&B, this energizing Yoga class unites breath with movement in a flowing style. Stretching and Flexibility are also a focus and modifications are given. The studio will provide weights for participants to use during class and are optional. A small number of mats are also available for use. T S B

 

SilverFit - SilverFit is a fun, move to the beat of the music experience, incorporating hand held weights, bands, performance balls and chairs.  The class is designed to focus on muscle strength, movement coordination, and flexibility working in and out of chairs, in a fixed location.  SilverFit is an enjoyable mix of motivation and energy intended for an older adult demographic, however all are welcome to attend.  Sara has been teaching SilverFit or a variation to the older adult population for more than 15 years. Strong By Zumba - The music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other. STRONG by Zumba is a HITTZ (High Intensity Tempo Training, Zumba-style) program designed to combine cardio and bodyweight exercises to give the most well-rounded workout yet. T S 

 

Zumba Toning - Zumba Toning is a targeted body-sculpting and high-energy cardio workout with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast. Choose to either use the sticks for a toning upgrade, or do the class without tonight sticks and you'll still get a killer workout! T S 

 

TurboKick - Turbo Kick® is the hottest fitness class around that provides a fat-blasting, heart-pounding cardio workout. With motivating music and creative combinations, this class has everything essential for an exhilarating, hour-long workout. Turbo Kick® combines choreographed kickboxing and hip-hop moves for an awesome, calorie-burning fitness party! T S 

 

Yoga Flow - An energetic Vinyasa style Yoga class set to upbeat music that will wake you up and get you ready to face your day. Vinyasa links the breath to movement creating a flow that cultivates flexibility as well as strength. Participants are encouraged to bring their own Yoga mat but may use one from the studio. This is an all levels class and modifications will be given. T S B
