Barre is a class that helps to create a uniquely lean, firm, and sculpted body by combining isometric contractions, dance conditioning, yoga, and pilates. This head to toe workout fuses together cardio and barre-sculpting movements in order to boost your heart-rate throughout the workout, thus creating a calorie burn like no other. Barre movements are designed to deliver toned arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, and lean thighs. Come to class with yoga pants, a water, and an open heart... and be prepared to be barefoot! The class is challenging, but appropriate for all levels. The instructor will provide modifications for beginner through advanced participants.
- Space is limited to 25 students per class therefore preregistration is encouraged.
