Groupon Package Holders: Important Info

For those who purchased a Groupon package: welcome and thank you for joining us!!!

Here is a little information to help you get started:

Groupon is a 3rd party vendor therefore the package you purchased will not be available under our 

Mindbody account.  Groupon does not provide us with a client listing of those who purchased the packages either.  Therefore on your first visit, you will need to bring in your voucher in order for us to redeem it.  You can either print your voucher or pull it up on your cell when you come in.

We ask that you preregister for the following classes due to limited space:  
Barre and Zumba Sentao
You can either send Jacki an email at: jacki@tsbdancefitness.com,
message us on Facebook or call us at 574.217.8436 to register for these classes.
For all other classes; preregistration is not required. Please attend the class of our choosing and we will register you in the studio.

Tu Sei Bella Dance Fitness Studio

Welcome Friends!  

Tu Sei Bella is a dance fitness studio located in beautiful Toscana Park in Granger Indiana.  We are Michiana’s premier Zumba® and dance fitness facility.  In addition to Zumba® fitness classes, we offer Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao, Barre, Total Body Conditioning, Yoga and much, much more!!!

Class Schedule

Monday April 21st

8-9am: Zumba Toning with Jacki 
9-9:45am: Cardio Dance with Abbi 
10-11am: Barre with Abbi 
11-11:50am: Heated Yoga with Tamaey
5:15-6pm: Total Body Conditioning with Jacki (NEW CLASS) 
6:10-7:10pm: Barre with Carly 
7:15-8:15pm: Zumba Toning with Angelica

What's New

Power Yoga-Wednesday at 11am & 5:15pm with Tamaey

Power Yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style yoga. This class will not vary in format as the focus will be on strengthening and mastering the different asanas (poses) practiced in each class. This class is challenging and offered for those yogis wanting to take their practice to a new level. This class is heated to 80 degrees and meant to induce sweat allowing the body to detox naturally, please bring water and a yoga mat towel to ensure maximum results. If you are new to yogi please attend any of the other yoga classes at our studio to prepare yourself mentally and physically for this challenging class beforehand, this class is meant for the intermediate to advanced student. 

Barre with Carly Time Change

Barre with Carly on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm has been pushed back to 6:10pm effective March 31st.  This time change will give our yogis & barre bellas the time they need to take care of the their equipment. Thank you for your understanding!!!! 

Help Us Replenish The St. Joe County Food Pantry

Save The Date: Zumbathon Saturday May 17 (1-5pm)

Time to Give Back
Tu Sei Bella's Jacki and Angelica will be participating in the Zumbathon sponsored by Affordable Trips on Saturday May 17th from 1-5pm.  This charity event will help replenish the St. Joe County Food Pantry. Please join us for this amazing family friendly event!!!! 

Information regarding the event:
Date: Saturday May 17th
Time: 1-5pm
Cost: Per person-5 nonperishable food items or 6 nonperishable to enter into the raffle~ 1 nonperishable food item per child 
Location: ITT Technical Institute School
    17390 Dugdale Drive, South Bend,IN 46635
For the month of April, Tu Sei Bella will be collecting your donations and exchanging your nonperishable food items for our services.  On the dates listed below, you can drop into a Zumba class for only 5 nonperishable items!!!
