Groupon Package Holders: Important Info

For those who purchased a Groupon package: welcome and thank you for joining us!!!
Here is a little information to help you get started:
Groupon is a 3rd party vendor therefore the package you purchased will not be available under our 

Mindbody account.  Groupon does not provide us with a client listing of those who purchased the packages either.  Therefore on your first visit, you will need to bring in your voucher in order for us to redeem it.  You can either print your voucher or pull it up on your cell when you come in.

We ask that you preregister for the following classes due to limited space:  
Barre, Step 'n' Tone, Zumba Step & Zumba Sentao
You can either send Jacki an email at: jacki@tsbdancefitness.com,
message us on Facebook or call us at 574.217.8436 to register for these classes.
For all other classes; preregistration is not required. Please attend the class of our choosing and we will register you in the studio.

Tu Sei Bella Dance Fitness Studio

Welcome Friends!  

Tu Sei Bella is a dance fitness studio located in beautiful Toscana Park in Granger Indiana.  We are Michiana’s premier Zumba® and dance fitness facility.  In addition to Zumba® fitness classes, we offer Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao, Zumba Step, Barre, Cardio Dance,Total Body Conditioning, Body Sculpt and much, much more!!!

Thursday December 18th

8:10-8:55am: Total Body Conditioning with Jacki 
9-10am: Zumba with Jacki
10-10:50am:  Body Sculpt with Carly 
5-6pm: Barre with Carly 
6-7pm: Zumba Sentao with Caitlin 
7:15-8:15pm Zumba with Caitlin
8:20-9:05pm Total Body Conditioning with Jacki 

21 Day Clean Eating Challenge (December 1st-21st)

In the 21 Day Clean Eating Challenge, you eat healthy foods: lean proteins, cleansing vegetables, low-sugar fruits, natural carbs, probiotics and friendly fats. These foods work together to improve your digestion and metabolism, lose the unhealthy weight, leading us to optimal nutritional health. The challenge requires you to eat 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and 2-3 snacks (the 3rd if you have a late workout or are hungry). The challenge is to stick to these foods without adding any additives, preservatives and eliminating ALL processed foods (except for the one listed).
